The mission of the Cedar Rapids Blue Devil Organization is to teach the fundamentals of softball and baseball, hustle, work ethic, integrity, discipline, sportsmanship, and team unity. By effectively teaching these qualities, we will produce better players and better teams, but also teach our players valuable life skills that can be applied in the real world.
