Coaches

James has been with the Blue Devils for two seasons. He spent his first season as an assistant coach for 8U and this season took over as the head coach. James's daughter Rhyan is on our 8U team.

Coach Alan has been with the Blue Devils for nearly 6 years. He began his coaching tenure as an assistant coach prior to heading his own team. He currently is the head coach of the 10U Black as well as an assistant for the 16U National team. He has three daughters, two of which are currently players in the program. Alan is also an acting member of the Blue Devils board of directors.

Coach Josh has been with the Blue Devils for going on 6 years. Josh was an assistant coach for a few years before he stepped into the head coaching role. He currently coaches our 14U National Team and our 10U Royal team. Josh has two daughters, Lexi who is on the 14U National Team and Landry who is on the 10U Royal team. Josh is also one of the directors of the club and holds the seats of treasurer and secretary.

Coach Brad joined the Blue Devils in 2021, starting simply as a dedicated parent cheering from the sidelines. With a natural enthusiasm for the sport and genuine connection with the players, Brad quickly transitioned from spectator to assistant coach. In addition to coaching, he also serves as a valued member of our board, contributing to the growth and direction of our program. His commitment runs deep with two daughters, Paisley and Nova who currently play on 10U Royal. 

This is the 4th season Coach Shaene has been with the Blue Devils, and 3rd season as head coach. He coached 10U for two years and is now coaching the 11U Royal team. His daughter Ashlin is on the 11U Royal team

Coach Nolte has been with the Blue Devils organization since 2016. He has coached 8U, 10U, 12U and 16U teams over those years. He has 4 daughters, 3 of whom have played for several years in the organization. This year he is coaching our 12U Royal team.

Coach Dave has been with the Blue Devils for 7 years. Dave has an assistant for 5 years before becoming a head coach for 2 years. He currently is the 14 Black team. Dave has two daughters, Olivia who is on the 18U Blue Devil Team and Averi who is on the 14U Black team.

Coach Scott has been a head coach in the organization for 8 years. Coaching all ages from 8u to 18u. He is currently the head coach of the 16u National team and helps with the 8u team. Scott's oldest daughter Jordyn played 6 years for the Blue Devils and is currently a pitcher in college at Indian Hills CC. Scott also has a daughter, Jocelyn (JJ) on his 16u National team. Scott is also the current president of the organization.

Todd Gralund has been with the Blue Devils for 10+ years with over 16 years of coaching experience. He currently was the coach of the 18U high school team and also assists with the 12U Royal team. He has had two daughters roll through the program since 8U with his youngest one more year of eligibility. Todd is currently a board member for the last four years.
